School ERP does not store Google account passwords on its servers or databases.

Google authentication is securely handled using official Google Sign-In directly on the user's device.

Google access tokens used for Google Meet and Calendar integration are stored locally on the authorized user's device only and are not permanently stored in School ERP databases or backend servers.

When a user disconnects their Google account or logs out from the application, the locally stored authentication data and access tokens are completely removed from the device immediately.

Google authentication is used strictly for live class scheduling and Google Meet generation functionality only.

The app may use trusted third-party services that may collect information required for improving the application experience and ensuring stable operation:

Whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app, we may collect certain diagnostic information called Log Data.

This Log Data may include:

These Services do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information directly from children under the age of 13 without verified school parental consent. Student records are entered and managed solely by authorized school administrators and teachers under institutional agreements.
